  • Yes, you can schedule a tour with our management team. Simply complete the form below and we’ll call you within 24 hours to book a suitable time.

    During your visit, you'll have the opportunity to meet some of our staff, explore the communal spaces, and view vacant rooms.

    All guests entering the building for a tour must provide identification and sign the guestbook. Please note, however, that management is able to refuse entry at their discretion.

    The safety of our residents is of upmost importance.

  • Our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

  • The cost of accommodation depends on a range of factors, including the nature of your disability, the level of support required, and whether you choose a private or shared room. We tailor pricing to suit individual needs and circumstances, and we're happy to discuss options in more detail. If you wish to talk to us call (03) 9898 8566 or leave an online enquiry below.

  • We offer both private rooms and shared rooms for up to two people. Each room features its own ensuite bathroom, built-in robe, and a call bell system for added safety and convenience.

  • Yes, we offer respite/short term stays.
